Not In Our School is presenting a free Bullying Prevention Month Online Film Festival and we are writing to ask you to help prevent bullying by sharing these videos with your friends, families, classmates, and communities. In the past two weeks we have seen many great films that have started even more great conversations!

Over the summer, an unsightly expanse of concrete on Bloomington, Illinois' downtown fringe has blossomed into a colorful, multicultural, personal and yet very public expression of an inclusive community, thanks to downtown planners, a youth-based education effort, a local artist, and Not In Our Town: Bloomington-Normal.

Watch a new film every day in October during bullying prevention month!
Not In Our School is excited to present our first BULLYING PREVENTION MONTH ONLINE FILM FESTIVAL! For each day of the month we will launch a new short film about standing up to bullying and intolerance that can be found on niot.org at the site of the film festival, and will also be posted to the NIOS Facebook page. The festival includes a range of films that showcase the incredible energy and enthusiasm of young people taking a stand against bullying, anti-gay bigotry, and all forms of hate. Some films are NIOT originals, while others are made by youth speaking out in a wide variety of creative ways.
Each week the films will be centered around the following themes:
