Not In Our Town Light In The Darkness Screening and Discussion: May 17, 2018
Details: The events in Charlottesville surfaced the urgent dangers of hate in our country. Acts of intolerance and bigotry have surfaced here in Marin County schools and in our community. There is so much at stake.
How can we stop hate together and create a culture of inclusion in Novato?
Join concerned civic leaders, educators, community members, students, and parents for a film screening, community discussion and introduction to Not In Our Town.
Film Screening: Light in the Darkness shows how a Long Island, NY community came together after an immigrant was killed in a hate crime attack by local high school students.
