After several members of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon frat were caught on video taking part in a racist chant last week, the University of Oklahoma moved decisively Monday, cutting ties with the national fraternity, ordering that its on-campus chapter be shut down, and expelling two students involved in the incident.

More than 100 guests gathered at the Gene Siskel Film Center in Chicago for a screening of two recent Not In Our Town films, Waking in Oak Creek and A Prosecutor’s Stand. The Feb. 25 screening was sponsored by The Reva & David Logan Foundation, a longtime supporter of Not In Our Town's work.

Thousands gathered for a vigil on Tuesday, after three local Muslim students were killed. Deah Barakat, 23, his wife Yusor Mohammad Abu-Salha, 21, and her younger sister Razan Mohammad Abu-Salha, 19, were killed in the couple’s apartment in Chapel Hill, according to news reports.
